LADY GOBLINS CLAIM CONFERENCE TITLE

VILONIA — The Harrison Lady Goblins came home with a 5A-West title on Monday. The Lady Goblin cross country team won the 5A-West Conference title with a team score of 31 while the Goblins took second place with a 53. Harrison’s senior girls beat out Greenbrier who finished with 66 points for second place while Vilonia took third with 74. Maumelle took home the boys hardware with a score of 33. Harrison came in second with 53 points and Vilonia took third with 71 points. Harrison’s junior boys finished in third place with 80 points, behind first place Vilonia with 20 points and second place Greenbrier with 45. The junior girls of Harrison earned a second-place finish with 51 points. Vilonia took the title with 27 points and Clarksville finished third with 80. Senior Girls For the Lady Goblins, it was Ruthy Ryan leading the team with a second-place finish overall with a time of 21:55.14. Allyson Patton added a third-place finish in 22:23.92; Emma Pall fifth in 23:33.06; Brooke Walker 10th in 24:31.08; Maddy Wood 11th in 24:59.74; McKenzie Cutler 14th in 25:24.54; Ella Brandt 15th in 25:29.26; Ashtyn Mealer 27:17.36; and Destiny Wilson 27:59.02. Senior Boys Zach Powers took first place overall for Harrison’s senior boys with a time of 17:08.65. Hunter Thompson added a sixth-place finish in 17:57.79; Todd Johnson 12th in 18:32.79; Tyler Wilson 14th in 18:35.97; Josiah Phillips 24th in 20:09.50; and Nicholas Dillon 34th in 20:42.29. Junior Boys Ethan Edwards grabbed a 10th place finish for Harrison in 12:18.64. Noah Moix added a 13th-place finish in 12:37.20; Jayden Reynolds 15th in 12:52.52; Dalton Adams 24th in 13:36.82; Evan Briggs 28th in 13:44.85; Lucas Turner 36th in 14:09.90; Brady Winkle 41st in 14:27.51; Huntly Wagner 42nd in 14:27.74; Addan Huskey 45th in 14:36.53; Landon Spradlin 47th in 14:48.34; Broedy Cutler 51st in 15:07.46; Caden Robertson 56th in 15:23.37; Cole Phillips 57th in 15:23.99; and Brock Bardwell 75th in 20:45.72. Junior Girls Emma Hurlbut led Harrison with a second-lace finish in a time of 13:03.40. Camryn Casey added a third-place finish in 13:32.09; Olivia Pall eighth in 13:57.20; Elise Bell 18th in 15:07.14; Chloe Hooten 21st in 15:18.63; Riley Richardson 22nd in 15:19.58; Addie Jones 24th in 15:29.34; Madison Trammell 29th in 15:40.22; Harley Robinson 30th in 15:42.12; and Brooklyn Dodson 32nd in 15:50.47.
